Web Technologies

Atlas has long been involved in facer technology. Atlas was the first company to develop a non-gypsum paper facer for drywall products. Atlas was the first company to develop a Coated Glass Facer (CGF), which is a component of our ACFoam®-III product. Atlas recently developed the first high performance polyiso roof insulation product capable of never-before-seen wind uplift ratings for membranes adhered directly to polyiso, largely a result of research & development taking place at Atlas Web Technologies.

FR-10 and FR-50 are coated-glass fiber mats specifically designed
for installation over wood decks or certain combustible insulation. FR-10 and FR-50 fire resistant slipsheets enhance the overall fire performance of many conventional commercial roof systems, including metal roofs.
