Sizes: ACFoam Nail Base is made to order in 4´ x 8´ (1220mm x 2440mm) size panels and in nominal thicknesses of 1.5" to 4.5" in 1/2" increments. Custom thicknesses are available on special order. * Long-term thermal resistance values were determined in accordance with CAN/ULC-S770. All test samples were third-party selected and tested by an accredited material testing laboratory. The R-value for .5 in. perlite (1.39) was provided by ASHRAE Handbook, Fundamentals. The R-value of .55 for 7/16 OSB was provided by APA-The Engineered Wood Association, which cited ASHRAE Handbook, Fundamentals. The R-value for .25 in. glass-mat gypsum board (.28 R-value) was provided by the glass-mat gypsum board manufacturer.
