Overview
Tapered ACFoam® Composite/PB Product Description
  • Closed-cell polyiso bonded to 1/2" perlite on the top and a fiber-reinforced felt facer on the bottom.
  • Manufactured in a tapered profile to attain positive drainage while maintaining the highest thermal efficiency available in a tapered system.
  • The perlite top eliminates the need for cover boards or vented base sheets normally recommended over foam insulations.
  • Typically specified for use with BUR, modified bitumen and certain single-ply systems.
  • Available in 4' x 4' (1220mm x 1220mm) only.
  • Polyiso is the highest R-value per inch insulation in the industry. Excellent R-values reduce energy demands while maintaining compatibility with all types of roofing membranes and fire assemblies. See ASHRAE 90.1 Standards for Model Energy Code.
  • CFC-, HCFC-, and HFC-free foam blowing technology with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero (negligible) global warming potential (GWP).
