Hands on experience working with, and knowledge of electrical 3-phase wiring, installation and repair of machinery up to at least 480 volts
Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical manufacturing machinery
Knowledge and experience programming and troubleshooting PLC’s, ladder/relay logic and VFDs
Knowledge and experience with A.B. Studio 5000, RS Logix500, RS logix5000, Control logix, Panel view, HMI configurations
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment and process systems
Installation, modification, and repair of equipment or process improvements
Facilities maintenance; e.g., lighting, building modifications, grounds maintenance
Must be able to work independently and adhere to established safety standards.
Can work from and interpret blueprints, and/or schematics (electric, hydraulic and pneumatic)
Fabricate and/or install electrical components, MCC’s, power wiring, controls, etc.
Competent in the use of electrical test equipment, VOM, Amp clamp, etc.
Operate forklifts, hi-reach
Ability to work well with others
Two (2) to Five (5) years of relevant maintenance experience including 480V 3PH, 110V, low voltage, control loops, troubleshooting and programming PLC’s, ladder logic, VFD’s, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Two (2) years manufacturing maintenance experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to communicate clearly (both orally and written) to personnel from a variety of functional areas
Ability to enter, manipulate and retrieve data from the computer
