Primary Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze standard costs, rates and applications of these costs so that information in the ERP system is correct.
  • Identify where cost information is not being gathered through the quoting process or job cost entrance to the ERP system and discuss training needs for those individuals responsible for these activities.
  • Oversee the banking administration to ensure only those who should have the ability to approve wire transfers and sign checks are allowed to do so.
  • Approval weekly A/P check runs after reviewing the payments to be made.
  • Provide weekly and at times daily tracking of bank credit balances.
  • Ensure compliance with the financial procedures of the organization.
  • Manages direct reports and make employment decisions effecting such individuals.


  • At least five years of accounting experience and one year of supervisory experience.
  • Extensive computer skills, particularly ERP systems and Excel.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Communication and presentation skills a necessity, must exhibit ability to concisely communicate with coworkers and company stakeholders.
  • Must be computer literate: Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP.
  • Must have High level of cost and financial management knowledge.
  • Superior leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Performance Management

Education, Licenses & Certification

  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Associates / Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent number of years of experience.
