Ways to Turn Your Winter Frown Upside Down

If you live in a state that sees nearly constant overcast skies during winter months, you probably find yourself getting the blues throughout the season.

When you think of it, “the blues” is a bit counterintuitive, isn’t it? After all, feeling down during this time comes from shorter daylight hours and not seeing blue sky for days or weeks at a time. So, a more fitting term would be “the grays.”
